Choir Ministry
Second Baptist's Cherub Choir welcomes children ages 6-18 to learn and sing about the gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to teach and train children to being committed, responsible and consistent choir members and to understand the message of Jesus Christ through the singing of His word. So come one, come all and be not ashamed of singing the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Spirit of Praise Choir
The Spirit of Praise (SOP) Choir is designated for those individuals that are 18 years and older who want to fulfill the purpose of "Exalting the Lord Jesus Christ and Encouraging His preacher and His people"; SOP reaches out and seeks to minister to all backgrounds and cultures represented in the congregation in a more contemporary way.

Male Chorus
The mission of the Male Chorus of the Second Baptist Church is to praise the name of Jesus through music. The Male Chorus sets a strong example for younger men to follow, and presents a singing and music style that recounts the heritage of the African-American Church.

United Voices of Praise
Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! That is exactly what Second Baptist Church's UVP Choir does. The UVPchoir aims to give God a perfected praise.This choir ranges from ages 20 to 60.
